You might know the feeling of you putting in your fullest but the others that put in half as much effort can be twice more competent den you are. In other words. You might know the feeling of you doing your best and others doing half of your effort but you are half as competent as them. Nevermind. Thats bull. Example. I participated Boys' Brigade for 5.5 faithful years. I admit that i was absent for some trainings and parades due to my laziness. But i ensure you that I give in my fullest and upmost effort in every training or parade. But people like Guan Jie, Xian Jing (no offence dudes just whiningxD) they might be present for every training and parade but leaves half way through the training or parade most of the time. In the end, Guan Jie got Logistic SGT and Xian Jing got Awards. Well, Congratz dudes. I got assistant squad leader. WOW!-.-
Ok second.
Do you know that my ATTITUDE towards my seniors was bad. Real bad. I tried to change but too late at the point of time when I woke up. The sentence that woke me up was told to me during the LDC camp. My senior SSG(Founders Man leh Dun play play) Jonathan Tay. He told me that i was actually the 'potential ops' when i was secondary 2 but because of my ATTITUDE I lost the chance of being an ops. That woke me up though. But it was all too late by then. Moral of this old grandmother story. ATTITUDE = everything. You might have the talent, money, character, genes, initiative, popularity, leadership,etc... But by having those alone will never let you gain anything if you don't have the correct ATTITUDE. Dong mah?

I don't want to share this but some of you might know the story i told you guys and gals? The KP kia. Yup... He might be partially at fault for my present status. But I will not blame him. Everyone does things for a purpose. And he did it, I believe, because he have his own reason.
